Jonathan Holmes and Menno Klont will be the Crossfire Driver line up in 2019 it has been confirmed.

The team was only created in late August and Team Boss David Carter has been working frantically to get the team prepared for the 2019 season, managing to get the team together and having sponsors organised before the end of 2018 has got to be admired.

Carter said in a recent interview "The fact we have got our team together so early and we can all now prepare well in advance means we can all gel and prepare ourselves really well before the first race in Australia. Also to get 2 drivers of such talent and experience in a brand new team is quite something and we are all looking forward to the challenge that is ahead of us. It won't be easy for sure, there are some teams on the grid this year with a lot of experience and some very quick drivers so we need to be on our A-game from the first race."

Crossfire also have a development driver in George Whitehouse and he will be racing for Kellamity MTR this year in Formula Challenge in 2019, looking to earn a race seat at Crossfire for 2020. George raced in the Birel ART UK Junior Series in real life this year so it is great to see another real life racer, come to GPVWC and it will be intriguing to see how the youngster get on.

Carter added "I've seen George race a couple of times and he has a bright future ahead of him for sure, his attitude is amazing and is always looking to improve. Of course George is still young and will gain a huge amount this year. The fact that he will not only get the advice and tips from Jonno and Menno, but to also race these guys every round, so it gives him a consistent target to aim for and I can't wait to see how he does this year."

How do you think Crossfire will do in Formula Challenge and what do you think the car will look when their livery gets released?
